So Healthy Music is a successor of SHM Tapes and SHM Music Publishing which had been started in 1987 in Cologne Germany. In
2004 it had been re-branded as a web label.
So Healthy Music for the most part is about releases of historical/archival material. Given the diversity of personalities and the time period being in consideration, there are no limits or restrictions on musical style whatsoever.

The tracks from this on the original Obscure release in the mid-70s, particularly "All Day," really opened my ears as a composer (as did much of the rest of the discs on that label). They sound even better here, along with other tracks of theirs. The release also includes PDFs of several scores, which are a great resource.
